Fairchild, may be hourly expected to' arrive here, having left Wellington for this port at 5.10 last evening. The s.s. Napier, Capt. Bendall, left Napier at 11 p.m. on Sunday last, and arrived off Mangakuri at 4 a.m. on Monday. Landed stores and shipped 141 bales of wool and 5 bales of sheepskins. Left Mangakuri at .8 a.m. to day, and arrived in the Iron Pot at 1 p.m. The schooner Hero will probably sail for Mohaka to-morrow, with a general cargo. The schooner Ottawa, we believe, will sail |or Wellington in a few days. The s.s. JCeera, from Napier and Poverty Bay, arrived at Tauranga at 5 a-m- on the 17th inst, and left for Auckland at 9.30 a.m. on the 18th.
