Ballarat, barque, 685 tons, from London via Auckland -Venus, brig, 237 tons, from Dunedin and Lyttelton Ottawa, schooner, from Sydney Mahia, cutter (lightering) Why Not, ketch, (lightering) Greenwich, cutter, (lightering) ■Three Brothers, schooner, (laid up) Pna 3 steam launch

The KZ.S.3. Co.'3 s.s. Keera, Captain Carey, pteamed hence for Poverty Bay, Xauranga, .and Auckland at 8.-30 last evening. Cargo: £OO sheep, and sundry miscellaneous goods. We understand that the Keera may bo expected to return to this port on or about the 24ih instant.

The schooner Ottawa, Captain Roberts, 15 days from Sydney, arrived in port at 4 p.m. to-day. !ihe brings a cargo of 60 tons general merchandise, consigned to Messrs Watt Bros. Capt. Roberts reports hawng left Sydney on the 3.oth '.November, and had light westerly winds until gel ting into Cook's Straits on the I2th inst., and strong W. and N.W. since jthat time.

The s.s. 3sapier, from Poverty Bay, may be expected to arrive here to-night. The brig Venus commenced loading to-day with wool for London.
