A New Zealand Gazette, dated Dec, 6, contains (1) an Order in Council apr pointing a Circuit Court of the Supreme Court, to be held at Napier on Thursday, 21st Dee,, at 10 a.m. ; (2) the resignation of the hon. G. M. Waterhouse of his seat in the Executive Council ; (3) the appointment of the hon. J. D. Ormond to a seat in the Executive Council; (4) the resignation of the lion. W. Gisborne of his office of Minister for Public Works, and the appointment of the hon. J. D. Ormond to the same ; and (5) the appointment of the hon. W. Peeves to the office of Resident Minister for the Middle Island.
