Up to a certain amount, Married Women may effect Policies, and dispose of the money assured by will, as if single; and such Policies are free from the debts and control of their busbands. .3. Insurances may be effected for the benefit of Wife and Children, with power to apportion amount; and such insurance is to be free jfr.om the claim of creditors, to the extent of £2,000.
