TOTAL WRECK OF THE S.S. 'AHURIRI.
We regret to hear from Messrs. Kinross and Co., the local agents, of the total wreck of the favorite s.s. Aburiri yesterday, on her voyage from Oamaru to Dunedin, by striking on a sunken rock. Very few particulars have been received, but we are informed that no lives wore lost, and that the mails and ship's papers were saved.
