In the District Court yesterday afternoon, (before his Honor Mr Rochfori, District Judge,) Mr Wilson, pursuant to notice, moved that the injunction granted in the case of Paora Torotoro and others v. Cashmore, might be dis ■solved,—His Honor, in view of the fact that the matter would very shortly be in the hands of a higher court, declined to revoke the injunction. The s.s. Ahuriri left Wellington for this port at 3.30 this afternoon. The Maori, we hear, will leave some time during to-night, We observe that a telegraph station has been opened at Rangitikei, in the Province of Wellington. We would remind intending passengers by the s.s. Star of the South that that vessel will steam hence for the Thames and Auckland at daylight tomorrow morning. The date of the ss. Napier's departure for Poverty Bay has been altered to Friday next, 17th hist, at 8 p.m.
