THE Proprietor of an Estate of 1,400 acres of the very best grass LAND in this highly fertile and populous district intends submitting it to public competition at an early date. All the land is now in grass, and the situation one of the best in the whole district, being only four miles distant from the harbor and port of Gisborne, with a good level road the whole of the distance.
