HUNTER AND NQLAN.] Cattle ; There was a tolerable muster of dairy pows ap4 fat stock, but stores were in insufficient numbers for pressing wants, the inquiry being for well-bred thriving steers. Dairy cows were slow of sale at from £5 to £lO 12s 0d ; one and-a-half tp two-year-old steers, \ from £3 to £5 2s 6d. Fat beaats, as a rule | were not sufficiently up in condition, prices being irregular, ranging from 25s to 32s 6d per lOOlbs. ' Sheep were penred in moderate numbers, and prices were firm at from 16s to 295.
