The U.S., N.Z., and A.M. Co.'s p.s. Nevada, Capt. Blethen, with the English mail via (California, arrived here at 10 o'clock on Saturday night, and, after landing and taking on board mails and passengers, steamed for the South at 10.30 p.m. She left Honolulu on the 30th July, and arrived at .Auckland on the 17th instant. Shortly after leaving Honolulu, the starboard spring bearing of the Nevada was carried away, and the captain deemed it prudent to have the ship go slow the remainder of the voyage. The steamer Ajax, connecting with the Nevada at Honolulu, was detained at San Francisco for 30 hours by the post office authorities.—The Nevada arrived at Wellington from this port at 5 o'clock lagt evening. The ketch Glimpse leaves for Wellington via the coast to-night. The barque Santiago, bonce on the 11th of March, had not reached London up to latest dates, she being then 109 days out.
