NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the decree made in this cause, the above-named plaintiff has prepared a Draft of a Scheme to be submitted to this Court, relative to the Regulation and Management of the School, to be called the Napier School; and, further, that such Draft Scheme can be inspected at the office of the undersigned for a period of six days, to be computed from the 16th day of August inst. And notice i* further given that any person giving notice, within the period of fourteen days thereafter, of his intention to oppose the said Scheme, or any part thereof, will be entitled to receive fourteen days' notice of the day hereafter to be appointed by the said Court, for settling the said Scheme.
