Hawke's Bay Times. Nullius addictus jurare in verba magistri. TUESDAY, JULY 25, .1871.

The Licensing Reform Bill of the Imperial Government has been withdrawn by the Home Secretary, and the Permissive Bill of Sir Wilfrid Lawson was lost on the motion for the second reading on the 17th May.
