Aspaeia, schooner, from Lyttelton Hero, schooner, from Wairoa Lord Ashley, s.s., from Southern Ports Mary Aim Hudson, ketch, from Wairoa Napier, s.s , from Auckland via Poverty Bay Star of the South, s.s , from Auckland VESSELS IN PORT. Amherst, brigantine, from Newcastle Rangatira, s.s., from the East Coast Three Brothers, schooner, from Arapasvanui Greenwich, cutter (lightering) Mahia, cutter (lightering) Why Not, ketch, from Porangahau Una, steam launch The s.s. Rangatira, Capt. Renner, left Napier at 6 p.m. on Saturday last, 22nd inst., and proceeded under easy steam, arriving at Poverty Bay at 8 a.m. on the 23rd ; landed passengers, and proceeded on her voyage at 9 a.m. Called at Hoercra (East Cape) the same day ; from thence proceeded under easy steam to Torere, arriving there at daylight on the 24th ; landed natives, and left at 10.20 a.m., arriving here at 11.30 this forenoon. Experienced fine weather throughont.—The Rangatira leaves for the South to-morrow. The C.G. p.s. Luna, hence at 2 p.m. on Saturday, arrived at Wellington at 3.10 p.m.
