WELLINGTON.
Thursday, June 1. Mr Lemon's case commenced to-day, when Mr Gisborne was examined. The case was adjourned until tomorrow to allow of the arrival of the Tim am operator. Charles O'Neil, E^q, has been appointed Provincial Government Engineer.
