ERIDAY, MAY 12. [Before H. B. Sealy, Esq., R,M.] MAINTENANCE. Scully v. Butler, —This was an adjourned case, instituted against the defendant to compel him to support his two children. The particulars of the case have already appeared in our columns. The Court ordered the defendant to pay a fine of Is., with costs £l lis. 6d., and to contribute towards the support of his daughter Mary Ann, and his son Thomas, the sum .of 3s. per week each, to be paid into Court every four weeks, until the children respectively attain the age of fourteen years. CIVIL CASES. Two cases were called, but there being no appearance in either, the Court adjourned.
