Saturday, April 22 The Evening Star authoritatively announces that it is doubtful whether the contractors will take advantage of the power to go on to Sydney. They have permission to make one trip, it will probably be the second. The contract time is extended from 576 to 600 hours out, during which time the boats may remain at Honolulu 48 hours. , The Honolulu Pacific Company offered to tender for the service, b'jt was too late. The Emulous lost a man overboard on Tuesday.
