Hawke's Bay Times. Nullius addictus jurare in verba magistri. FRIDAY, APRIL 21, 1871.
To-morrow (Saturday) at 3 o'clock p.m. is the time appointed by the Returning Officer for the first meeting of the newProvincial Council of Hawke's Bay. Of course the first business to be done is the election of a new Superintendent. Beyond this, and perhaps somefoimal notices, we piesume but little will be done on the occasion. Once, however, the session fairly commenced, several matters of considerable importance await the attention of the Council.
