LJ powers vested in me in that behalf by the New Provinces Act, 1858, of the General Ashembly of the Colony of New Zealand, I, Singleton Rochfort, Enquire, principal Returning Officer of the Province of Hawke's Bay do hereby appoint ihat the first meeting of the recently elected Provincial Council of the said Province, for the despatch of business, shall be holden at the Provincial Council Chamber, in the Towd of Napier, in such Province, on SATURDAY, ihe twenty-second day of April instant, at the hour of three o'clock in the afternoon.
