Thursday, March 30. An interview has taken place between Whitiora, Moniti (chief of Hautere), ai>d Todd's murderers. They have just arrived at Turner's, three miles from here. Colonel Lyon has been requested by telegraph to meet them there tomorrow. Tapihana has returned to. his old quarters at Maungamaire, and lias stated hin determination to settle there in a peaceful manner.
