Galbraith, left the Chatham Islands on the 25th ult., bound to Lyttelton, with a cargo of horse?, wool,&c.; also 10 passengers. Shortly after leaving experienced a strong S.W. gale, with heavy sea ; made Flat Point on Thursday last, and bore for this port in order to scve the horses. Anchored under Cape Kidnapper at 5 o'clock last evening. Got under weigh again this morning, and arrived in Ahuriri roadstead at 9 o'clock. We believe she will resume her voyage to Lyttelton this evening. The p.s. Luna steamed hence for Wellington and the South at 9.30 this morning. We learn that the ketch Foam, from Lyttelton, with a cargo of oats, &c, for Mr J. H. Yautier, may be looked for early next week. JTo sign- of the Lord Ashley from the South yet.
