The e.s. Lord Ashley (aa we stated yesterday) left Wellington for this port at 10.45 a.m. on that daj, but, owing to bad weather, was compelled to put back, She resumed her Toyagc at 10 a m. to-day, and is advertised to steam hence for Xauranga and Auckland at nccn to morrow. Southerly weather Btill continues, but there is little or no sea on in the Bay, though still very heavy outside, we imagine.
