Bleak Southerly Weather ha« prevailed here during the last two or three days. The Outward Mails for Europe, America, &c, v?ill be despatched hence to-morrow, per Lord Ashley. Black Swans—Captain Arnold, of the brig Maggie, has brought with him this voyage a pair of tame black swans. Waipawa.—The opening of the Rechabite Tent in the above district is fixed for this evening. The English Mail via San Francisco came to hand yesterday per Luna ; that via Suez may be expected to arrive by the Lord Ashley, —Tomorrow will be the last day during the current year on which qualified persons can send in their claims to be placed on the electoral roll.
