Napier, March 22, 1871. 1127 iENDERS will be received at the Office of the General Government Agent, Napier, up to SATURD IY, the Bth day of April next, at noon, from parties willing to Contract for the SUPPLY of RATIONS to Constabulary and other Forces, or Pvoad Parties, at the Posts on the Taupo Lines. Tenders to be sent in for two separate Contracts, one to include all posts between Napier and Runanga inclusive, the other to include all posts from Runanga to Tapuahaeruru. Parties ten dering lo state die rate per complete field ration; also, rates at which they will supply stores in bulk. Contractors will be allowed privilege of keeping Canteens, subject to proper conditions. Twenty days' rations will be required to be kept at each post, and s-ecurities entered into for the due fulfilment of the contract. The lowest tender not necessarily accepted.
