Waimarama.— To-morrow will be polling clay for the above district. The District Court was opened this morning by Mr Dochfort. Timothy Cleary and Frederick Harford , bankrupts, obtained their discharge. A civil action, Buchanan ty Weston v. Watt Brothers y also came before the Court. It was a claim of .£2OO for agistment of a number of sheep at Elsthorpe station. The case occupied the Court nearly the whole morning, and was adjourned to the afternoon sitting-
