Election Notice. ELECTORAL DISTRICT OP MOHAKA. IN PURSUANCE of " The Regulation of Ejections Act, 1870," I, Samuel Deighton, Esq., Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Mohaka, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the-fourth day of February, One thousand eight hundred and seyeaty-one, under the public Seal of the Colony, an Election will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as a Member of the Provincial Council of Hawke's Bay for the said Electoral District; and that the nomination of Candidates will take place at the Block-house, Mohaka, in tke said Province, at noon on WEDNESDAY, the eighth day of March, 1871; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on FRIDAY, the twenty-fourth day of March, 1871.
