BLENHEIM.
Monday, Feb. 27. The s.s. Kangitoto ran aground in Picion harbor yesterday. The Luna triefl in vain to tug her off. The accident happened at high water springs. She is not yet off (10.40 a.m.) and lies broadside to the town.
