Election Notice. ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF PORANGAHAU. N PURSUANCE of " The Regulation of Elections Act, 1870," I, William Hunter, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Porangahau, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the fourth day of February, One thousand eight hundred and seventyone, under the Public Seal of the Colony, an Election will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as a Member of the Provincial Council of Hawke's Bay for the said Electoral District; and that the nomination of Candidates will take place at the Messrs. Hunter's Woolshed, Porangahau, in the said Province, at noon on MONDAY, the sixth day of March, 1871 ; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on MONDAY, the twentieth March, 1871. [N PURSUANCE of " The Regulation L of Elections Act, 1870," I, Alexander St. Clair Inglis, Esq., Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Waipukurau, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the fourth day of February, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-one, under the Public Seal of the Colony, an Election will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as a Member -of the Provincial Council of Hawke's Bay for the said Electoral District ; and that the nomination of Candidates will take place at the School-house, Waipukurau, in the said Province, at noon on TUESDAY, the seventh day of March, 1871; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on THURSDAY, .the sixteenth day of March, 1871. ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF HAMPDEN IN PURSUANCE of " The Regulation of Elections Act, 1870," I, Alexander St. Clair Inglis, Esq., Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Hampden, do' hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the fourth day of February, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-one, under the Public Seal of the Colony, an Election will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as a member of the Provincial Council of Hawke's 33ay for the said Electoral District ; and that the nomination of Candidates will take place at Mr Mathew's store, Hampden, iu the said Province, at noon on FRIDAY, the third day of March, 1871 ; and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken on TUESDAY, the fourteenth day of March, 1871.
