IN BANKRUPTCY. In the District Court of Hawke's Bay, Holden at Napier.

Re GEORGE FREDERICK GIBBS and SAMUEL JEW, Bankrupts. NOTICE,— By order of this Court, dated the sixth day of February instant, JOHN HARE," Esquire, of Napier, has been confirmed Trustee of the Estate of the above-named Bankrupts. And it is thereby further ordered that the said Bankrupts shall pass their last examination, and, if the Court shall think fit, apply for their discharge on the 20th day of February, 1871. Titiokura Saddle to First Bridge, about 70 chains, side cutting Section s.—From First Bridge to Flat above Mohaka River, about 200 chains, cuttings and road formation Section 6.—Mohaka River approaches, about 60 chains, deep side cuttings Road Formation and Cuttings will include necessary culverts, small bridges, &c. Specifications can be seen, and further intormation obtained, on and after the 20th inst., at the office of the undersigned. Tenders will be received' up to noon on Wednesday, Ist March. Lowest, or any Tender, not necessarily accepted. Parties tendering will require to be in attendance, with their sureties, at the Government Agent's Office at three o'clock p.m., on Ist March, when Tenders accepted must be executed, and bonds entered into. Tenders not complying with these conditions will be regarded as withdrawn. Sureties will be lequired to the amount of one third of the Contract in each case. J. D. ORMOND, General Government Agent.
