Resident Magistrate's Court. — Yesterday afternoon the following civil cases came before the Court:— M Hardy v. Smith .--A claim of .£l2 8s damages sustained in consequence of defendant having unlawfully impounded certain cattle. Judgment reserved till 2.30 pm. to-day. Robinson v. Ross.-- Claim of .£7 75.-—Judgment for the amount claimed and 13s costs. No cases this morning.
