Hawke's Bay Times. Nullius addictus jurare in verba magistri. TUESDAY, JANUARY 24, 1871.
We have to acknowledge the receipt from the publishers (W. Collins, Sons, and Co., Glasgow) of a copy of " The Imperial Atlas for Australia and New Zealand." The work contains sixteen beautifully colored maps, viz. : —The Hemispheres, Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, India, East Tndia ArchiEngland and Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Dominion of Canada, and Oceania. The maps are engraved and colored in the best style, and the work is a marvel both of beamy and cheapQn one of the covers we have an illustration of the drawing copies in the " Advanced Series," published by the same firm. These books only re Qprire. to be known to be appreciated in schools and families, and we predict that the enterprising publishers Will find a ready market in the Austra\\sx\ colonies.
