Immigrants' Eromissory Notes JL Government for Passages from Great Britain are informed that judgment, for the full amount, has this daybeen obtained in the District Court against those persons who "were proceeded against to test the question ; anci immediate proceedings will be taken against all Principals or their Sureties who have not arranged terms of payment with the Immigration Clerk.
