PARTIES indebted to the Provincial • Government for Passages from Great Britain are informed that judgment, for the full amount, has this daybeen obtained in the District Court against those persons who were proceeded against to test the question ; and immediate proceedings will be taken against all Principal or their Sureties who have not arranged terms of payment with the Immigration Clerk. Government are anxious to give every opportunity to parties indebted, and again invite offers of payment before proceedings are taken against ihem, and the cost of such proceedings added to their present liability.
