' UPON the application of Mr Stedman, of Counsel for the abovenamed THOMAS COLLINS, and after reading the Petition herein duly verified and filed on the seventeenth day of December, 1870, It is hereby ordered that the above-named THOMAS COLLINS be-this day adjudicated a Bankrupt pursuant to the provisions of the above-named Acts. And further, that the first meeting of Creditors of the said THOMAS COLLINS, and for proof of claims, shall take place at two o'clock in the afternoon of TUESDAY, the 3rd day of January, 1871, at the Office of the Clerk of the said District Court, at Napier aforesaid.
