The Times correspondent says that tbe moral effect of the vietory at Orleans will be incalculable. A fearful storm has occurred in Cuba, by which 1000 lives were lost, and a Jarae quantity of property destroyed. In a mining dispute at Hamilton five men were killed and ten wounded. The Chinese at San Beruardiua have burned a woman to death. An earthquake in New England has destroyed much property.
