AUCKLAND.
Friday, Nov. 25. Mr. Yogel goes south to-day. The-estimates of the Pro\ince of Auckland show a revenue for 1871 of £116,281; for appropriation £90,199 ; besides £26,081 for works under contract and for salaries of Thames goldfield works. Mr Oreighton, M.G-.A., has joined the Auckland Executive—omoe, secretary at the Thames to the Provincial Treasurer; salary, £4OO a year. The Governor has gone on a second visit to Wangarei in the Blanche. Mr Alfred Buckland reports an improvement in the cattle market. Fat cattle sold at advanced prices, at from 27s to 30s per ; 1001bs. Sheep, 2s per head above last week's prices, and at the close 6s pe<: head higher.
