Withers. —A claim of £ls 4s Judgment for amount and £1 costs. Faulknor v. Sebley fy McGreevy.—k claim of £Q 16s.—Judgment confessed for amount claimed and 13s. costs. Vickers v. Sebley fy McGreepy. —A claim of £l2 19s 6d.—Judgment confessed for amount claimed and 19s costs. — No cases this morning. Bay of Islands Coal would appear to be coming into general use in this Province. We have already within tihe last fortnight recorded the arrival pf two vessels from Russell with coal, and now wo hear that another—the Fiery Cross, schooner—may be shortly expected with a similar cargo.
