BLUFF.
Tuesday, Oct, 18. The steamer Wallace, having on board his Honor the Superintendent, Messrs. Reid, Duncan, and Ho watt, and Commissioner Waldon, arrived here at 11 o'clock last night, from Dunedin. Today is being observed as a general holiday in honor of this visit. This morning an excursion train, with 400 passengers, conveyed the party from the Bluff to Invercargill and Winton.
