Erratum.---In our last issue, in the report of the Supreme Court proceeding*, by a typographical error, tlie prisoner Floyd is described as having pleaded " guilty " to the charge of stealing a saddle, instead of " not guilty." His Hoxor Mr Justice Johnson was a passenger for Wellington by the s,s. Lord Ashley, on Saturday.
