WELLINGTON, P?KOM OUR OWN CORRESPONDKNT ] Saturday, March 5, 6.45 pan, Henry Williams, the horse-stealer, who recently made his escape from the Napier Jail, wax caught near the Upper Hutt. on Wednesday last; and was sent back to Napier this afternoon in the Rangatira. Michael O'Neill, charged before the Supreme Court with horse-steal-ing, was convicted, and sentenced to two years' imprisonment. A destructive tire occurred at Tn\ercargill on Friday, Numerous failures are reported. The General Assembly has been further prorogue! to Saturday, the 30th April.
