We have to record the total destruction by fire of the premises known as those of the Hawke's Bay Brewing Company, which, took place during last night. The flames were discovered about midnight issuing from the rear of the premises; and a strong southerly wind prevailing at the time, the entire block of buildings were quickly burnt to the ground. No account whatever can be given of the probable origin of the fire. Fortunately, owing to the detached position of the Brewing establishment, no other property was damaged.
