The Postal Seevice.— We have to acknowledge the courtesy of the Hon. the Postmaster-General, in forwarding us a copy of the tenth report of the Postal Service of the Colony, It is a document consisting of 20 closely-printed pages of foolscap, and comprises a large amount of information arranged in a series of tables, the result of a vast expenditure of la.bor and research.
