The European Mail.—By a late English Mail we received a copy of a paper bearing the above title, which we should have noticed at an earlier date, It is a paper of the same description as that popular colonial journal, the Home News, with this difference, that, as it aims at attaining a world-wide circulation, it is published in no less than six different forms, suitable-tor the several regions to which it is despatched. A large portion of each edition is devoted exclusively to the peculiar interests of the place where it is intended to circulate, while the bulk of the whole-, being composed of European news, is eqoaily suitable for all. The paper consists of 72 closely-printed foolscajf pages, and being the most complete summary of European news puk lished., bids fair to become a great favorite with the reading public of these colonies. The subscription w 13s per annum, inclusive of postage and with each number is published* gratis a literary supplement. A circular from the publishers request, colonial editors to suggest any add l " tions or improvements which would make the paper more useful in vf\ colonies, but it is so complete in $ way that it is difficult to imagine 3A what way it could be improved..
