The Pacific Kailway.—A telegram in an Indian paper, dated London, 12th May, states that the Pacific Railroad is completed. The Stafford Ministby.—A correspondent of the New Zealand Herald is of opinion that if the Government be defeated, it will appeal to the country. He adds —-'* It is not, however, yet beaten, and if I mistake not, the Stafford Government has a majority. It is getting support from quarters least expected, and fro mone, an Id Die and determined opponent of last ses<. sion, Mr Travers, whose policy is war to the knife, and no quarter till we we Bias* ters,"
