JAETTES tendering for any of the abovementioned articles must specif* in their tenders the names of their sureties, who will be bound conjointly in a bond for a regular supply of the article or articles they may engage to furnish. It shall be distinctly understood that in all cases the articles are to be of the best description; and should any bad or faulty articles be furnished by the contractor, no payment will be made for the same, and they will have to take them back at their own expense and supply a good article in their place; failing which, the Provincial Government may order them to be procured at the expense of the contractor wherever they can be obtained. The contractor shall lodge at the Superintendent's office a sample of any of the articles for which his tender has been accepted, if required to do so. All contracts whatsoever entered into by the Provincial Government, are terminable by a three month's notice iu writing on either side. Q. T. FANNIN, 277 ' plerk.
