Kangitoto, with the English April Mail on board, arrived off Hokitika at 8 a.m. on Tuesday last, but owing to heavy see running, was unable to land anything. She consequently steamed for Wellington at 3 p.m. arriving there at 6 o'clock last evening. A summary of the news, as received by telegraph, will be found below.
