Our Provincial Council reports are somewhat in arrears; but we will bring them up to date as soon as possible. On Wednesday the liability of Mr Boddington's sureties was reduced to £IOO, after a tedious discussion. Yesterday, the serious business of the session begun, the Council having gone into Committee of Supply.
