TO THE EDITOR OF THE HiWKE's BAY TIMES.. Sie, —Can jou inform me if Cobb and Co. continue to receive a subsidy from the Provincial Government for running from Hapier to Porangahau? If they still receiveit, why do they not run to that place, the road to which is good? As the Council iaabout to meet,, it would be well, beforegranting a further sum for such purposes, that the public should know what is done for the money.—l am, &c., Haed Times.. May 4,1869.
