The Grand Jury have not been, discharged, on account of the cases of treason. In these cases no one had been bound over, either to give evidence or to prosecute, and -as the subpoenaed witnesses have not yet arrived from Poverty Bay, the Grand Jury will appear again at the Court on Friday morning at 10 o'clock, when the action of the Court in the matter will be decided.
