Terms of Advertising.— One Shilling per every half inch or under for the first insertion ; and for each subsequent insertion, half price. Quarterly advertisements, per contract. Cards, not exceeding half an inch, 10s 6d per quarter. Advertisements should be left at the office, on the Spit, not later than 6 o'clock on the evenings of Wednesday and Saturday. Orders for withdrawal or alteration of advertisements not later than noon, to ensure attention. All advertisements should state the number of times they are to be inserted, and whether once or twice weekly. Terms of Subscription: —Six shillings and six pence per quarter, payable in advance ; single copy, threepence.
