[FEOM OUB OWN COKUESPONDENT.] Wellington, April 3, 5.45 p.m. H.M.'s steam ram Blanche arrived here this morning from the Auckland Islands. She has been nearly wrecked, and comes to port with the loss of an anchor. The tools of the Provincial Government rejected M'r Pharazyn's resolutions. Great satisfaction expressed here with the conduct of the General Government relative to Mr Donald M'Lean.
