MILITARY MATTERS.
"We would call attention to the Militia and Volunteer parade at 4 p.m. to-morrow ; also to the Militia pa rade at 4 p.m. on Saturday. A fee of 5s per man for medical, examination of recruits for the Armed Constabulary is now allowed by the Go\ eminent. The Government has notified that no allowance will be made for surgical attendance at the several rifle prize firings. We learn by telegram that Col, Whitmore is now in VWlington.
